U-Touch touchscreen controllers at Heathrow are responsible for the safe arrival and departure of up to 100 flights an hour throughout the day, 365 days a year – more than any other airport in Europe.

T5 Car Park

Among the facilities at T5’s short stay car park (located within walking distance of check-in) is a “Car Finder” service using the  U-Touch Infrared technology, aimed at helping lost customers locate their vehicles when returning to the car park. They will be able to input their registration details at interactive kiosks, allowing CCTV cameras with number plate recognition technology to narrow down the vehicles location to a specific zone.
